WATER IS LIFE: Residents in Malvern, St. Elizabeth are relieved to now have more frequent access to potable water. The Hon. Desmond McKenzie committed to having four watershops built in the southern section of the parish. To date, two of the four has been completed. This morning the Minister officially opened the Retirement Watershop in Malvern and will also open the Top Hill Water Shop later today.
